摘 要:针对胜利油田不同区块水敏性强、渗透率差异大的特点,将不同类型的油层保护剂加入有机正电胶钻井液,研制出一种新型屏蔽暂堵保护油气层钻井完井液体系。该体系突破传统屏蔽暂堵技术观念,封堵效果好,抑制作用强,返排渗透率恢复率高,是一种理想的保护油气层钻井液。A new theory on shielding and plugging techniques is raised breaking through the traditional ideas. By adding different kinds of temporary slugging agents to the black positive electric colloidal drilling fluid,a new system named superior shielding and slugging drill-in fluid which has excellent formation protection mechanism is developed for the oil reservoir with high porosity and high permeability. With such advantages as the spurt inlaid slugging generated by solid particles whose diameters are equal to the pores' in different permeable formation and the bridging linkage effects of the fiber materials on pores, and other effects resulted from black positive electric colloidal system itself, the new developed drilling-in fluid can give both good performances in plugging and permeability restored by back flow of kerosene.
