摘　　要：IP组播(Multicast)桌面视频会议系统有效地利用了IP网络资源,通过音/视频流单-拷贝的组播,大大减少了对带宽的消耗,也减轻了发送端的负担,同时使终端能够方便地加入和退出会议.采用Microsoft公司的TAP13.0开发包,实现了一个IP组播桌面视频会议系统.本文介绍了IP组播会议模型,TAP13.0的体系结构,特别介绍了TAPI3.0的IP组播会议结构,同时给出了核心功能的实现方法,并讨论了会议系统的实际部署问题.With the speed development of Internet and TCP/IP technology .desktop video conference system based on IP multicast technology has been regarded as the hot area of multimedia network application . Video conference system based on IP multicast takes many advantages ,such as less requires on bandwidth, ease of the management of the conference . We have developed an IP multicast video conference system with Microsoft's TAPI 3. 0 , which is a powerful tool for developing H. 323 and IP multicast video conference systems. This paper introduces the architecture of TAPI 3. 0 , specifically the architecture of IP multicast conference. How to realize the multipoint conference is discussed ,also including the deployment of the system on actual network.
