摘　　要：针对江西省吉安市白云山水库自建的局域网的特点 ,研制开发了水库调度管理系统软件。简要介绍在PowerBuilder平台上开发的水库调度管理系统软件中有关电力部分的主要功能和系统软件开发要点 ,重点介绍实现实时监控、报表制作等功能的关键技术 ,并介绍了PB的技术关键。Aimed at the characteristics of local area network self_established by Baiyunshan Reservoir of Ji'an City of Jiangxi Province, reservoir regulation and management system software is researched and developed. The major functions related to electric power of the reservoir regulation and management system software developed on the platform of Power Builder are briefly introduced. The key techniques of realization functions of real_time monitor and spreadsheet development are presented in detail, and the technique key of PB is also introduced.
