摘  要:对铱化合物中的常见微量杂质Al,Ba,Au,Pd,Pt,Ru,Rh进行了分析研究。利用ICP-AES仪器的优异性能,通过对基体效应、光谱干扰、酸度影响、等离子体测定条件等方面的考察,确定了在铱基体中共存微量离子的检测条件。各离子的检出限分别为:Pt0 39μg/mL,Pd0 03μg/mL,Al0 051μg/mL,Ba0 0027μg/mL,Au0 025μg/mL,Ru0 045μg/mL,Rh0 13μg/mL。各金属离子回收率:95%~102%。相对标准偏差RSD均小于10%。本文所建立的方法,准确、快速、方便,完全能满足该类试样分析的要求。A new method for the determination of impurity ions in H3IrCl6 by ICP-AES has been establishedThe operation parameters of ICP-AES,the effects of inorganic acid,the influence of matrix and coexisting ions have been testedThe results indicated that the common impurity ions could be determined directly with calibration curve by ICP-AES without matrix matching in a 5%(volume fraction)hydrochloric acid as mediumThe detection limits were 039μg/mL for Pt,003μg/mL for Pd,0051μg/mL for Al,00027μg/mL for Ba,0025μg/mL for Au,0045μg/mL for Ru,013μg/mL for Rh;All these trace impurity ions were determined with recovery of 95%-102%,the RSDs were all less than 15%The method has been applied to determine common impurity ions in HIrCl4 with satisfactory results,and it is accurate,convenient and efficient
