摘  要:马钢 2 5 0 0 m3高炉在装开炉料过程中进行了料流轨迹与宽度、光圈式节流阀开口特性等测定 ,从测定中发现料流质心并非是料流中心。结合无料钟设备结构参数分段计算了料流运动轨迹 。The trajectory and width of burden flow, the characteristics of iris type flow control valve were measured during charging at the start of 2500 m 3 BF at Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. It was found that the centroid of burden flow is not the real center. The trajectory of burden flow is calculated according to the design parameters of the bell-less top. The factors of operation and equipment that influence the trajectory of burden flow are analyzed.
