论举办奥运会与促进精神文明建设的关系

摘　　要：体育运动作为一种社会文化现象,它既是社会文明的标志之一,又促进着社会文明的发展。现代奥林匹克主义的中心思想强调人的和谐发展,它与江泽民同志的“七·一”讲话精神、与北京市提出的奥运战略规划及与《公民道德建设实施纲要》的内容是完全一致的。我们通过举办奥运会,不仅要展现中国的魅力风采,推动中国进入健康和谐、道德有序、富强繁荣的文明社会;更要通过举办奥运会,促进中国的精神文明建设,真正体现奥林匹克运动的精神实质。As a phenomenon of social culture, Sports movement is not only a symbol of the civilization, but also improve the development of the civilization. The core thoughts of Modern Olympic emphasize harmonious development of human. It is of the same view with the Speech of of JIANG Ze-ming on 1th.,July, strategy arrangements for 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and content of Implemental Outline Of Citizen Ethic Construction. By hosting Olympic Game, we should not only exhibit charms of China, impel China into the way of more healthy, moral ordered and more wealthy and powerful society, but also improve the building of spirit civilization, as an truly embodiment of essential of Olympic Spirit.
