摘　　要：一个国家的经济发展过程,不仅体现为国民生产总值的增长,还必然伴随着经济结构的演变。选择主导产业是实施产业政策并实现产业结构升级的重要内容。高新技术产业具有较强的关联性和带动性,具有极高的成长性和效益性,高新技术产业目前已经成为产业结构中的主导产业部门,成为产业结构升级的重要驱动力。The development of national economy not only gives expression to the growth of GNP, but also economic structure undergoes changes together with it. Choosing leading industry is the important content for carrying out industrial policies and realizing business structure upgrading. HighNew technology business has strong interrelationship and gives impetus with rapid growth and benefit. Highnew technology business has now become the leading industrial branches in business structure, in addition, important driving force for business structure upgrading.
