摘  要:以室内实验数据为基础,结合其它资料,对塔河油田钻井三开井段井眼失稳机理进行了探讨,认为塔河油田钻井三开三叠系、石炭系井段井眼扩径的因素除钻井工艺影响外,主要与该井段泥页岩易水化膨胀形成较高的膨胀压和该井段地层存在较高的坍塌压力有关;对能有效地抑制三开井段地层坍塌、井眼扩径的两种钻井液-钾基聚磺钻井液和多元醇聚磺钻井液体系的作用机理、配方、现场应用效果进行了论述。This article is based on indoors experimental data discussed in the paper, and the mechanism of well bore's unsteady state of the san kai well section is discussed in the parper.We think that the reason of the SanKai well drilling open well section in Trias and carboniferous is not only artesian well technics,it is mainly caused by the pressure of water expending and the much pressure of collapse. In this article, we also discuss the mechanism,prescription, field application of two artesian drilling liquid which can control layer's collapse and expand of well bore of San Kai well section.
