东当归对四氯化碳及乙醇性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：研究东当归水提取物对四氯化碳及乙醇所致小鼠 SGPT和 SGOT活性升高的影响。在四氯化碳及乙醇所致小鼠急性肝损伤的血清中检测 SGPT和 SGOT值。结果表明 ,37.5 %、75 .0 %和 15 0 .0 %东当归水提物在体内显著抑制四氯化碳及乙醇所致小鼠 SGPT值和 /或 SGOT值升高。OBJETIVE: Mouse model of CCl4 and Alcohol induced acute liver damage were used to study the effects of the decoction of the Ligusticum acutiloba (Sieb. et Zucc)Kitag. for the activities of SGPT an SGOT METHODS:The activites of SGPT and SGOT from the serums in mouse of CCl 4 and alcohol induced acute liver damage were detected by chemical method. RESULTS:the 37.5% ?75.0% and 150.0% decoction of Ligusticum acutiloba (Sieb. et Zucc)Kitag. significantly reduced CCl 4 and Alcohol induced hepatocyte damage by decreasing SGPT and/or SGOT.CONCLUSION: the decoction of Ligusticum acutiloba (Sieb. et Zucc)Kitag. has protecting effects for mouse hepatocyte damage by CCl 4 and alcohol.
