12导Holter、3导Holter和ECG对冠心病检测的对比分析

摘　　要：目的　评价 12导联动态心电图 (12导Holter)、3导动态心电图 (3导Holter)和常规心电图 (ECG)对冠心病 (CHD)的诊断价值。方法　选择 3 0例经冠状动脉造影 (CAG)证实的冠心病 (CHD)患者 ,同期内 (间隔小于 1周 )接受 12导Holter、3导Holter及ECG检查 ,将检查结果进行对比分析。结果　 12导Holter、3导Holter和ECG对CHD的检出率分别是 86.7%、76.7%和 46.7% ,两两比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论　在冠心病的检出方面 ,12导Holter优于 3导Holter和ECG。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 12-lead Holter,3-lead Holter and ECG in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Thirty CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG) were examined by 12-lead Holter,3-lead Holter and ECG respectively. The interval was less than one week between 12-lead Holter, 3-lead Holter and ECG. The 12-lead Holter data were compared with 3-lead Holter and ECG.Results The positive rates of 12-lead Holter,3-lead Holter and ECG in the diagnosis of CHD were 86.7% ,76.7% and 46.7% respectively. There was a significant difference between them (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The result shows that 12-lead Holter is superior to 3-lead Holter and ECG in the diagnosis of CHD.
