股骨髁上和髁间骨折的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的　总结用各种钢板固定股骨髁上和髁间骨折的经验。方法　用各种钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折 5 7例 ,其中闭合骨折47例 ,开放骨折 10例。患者平均年龄 3 7 6岁。平均随访时间 3年 3个月。结果　获得随访的 5 1例中 ,有 49例骨折愈合 ,有2例骨不连 ,1例深部感染。结论　钢板固定股骨髁部骨折固定牢固 。Objective To sum up practical experience in the treatment of supracondylar-intercondylar fractures of the femur with plate. Methods Fifty-seven patients (average age of 57.6 years) with condylar fracture of femur were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with plate,including 10 open fractures and 47 closed fractures. The average follow-up durationwas 39 months. Results All were cured except two nonunion and one deep infection. Conclusion The plate gives reliable fixation and good knee function.
