树枝状大分子在生物医学领域的研究与应用

摘　　要：树枝状大分子是一类具有特定三维结构和高度支化结构的新型大分子 ,其独特的分子结构和物理化学性质使之在许多领域有广泛的用途。本文着重介绍了树枝状大分子作为药物载体、基因载体。Dendrimers are a class of macromolecules with a regular and highly branched three-dimensional architecture.Owing to the unique features,dendrimers have potential applications in many areas.In this paper,the research and applications of dendrimers in the fields of medicine such as drug delivery,gene carriers,MRI and BNCT were reviewd.
