聪圣胶囊对脑缺血大鼠学习记忆和神经细胞膜完整性的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究聪圣胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌后学习记忆障碍及神经细胞拟缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法　采用跳台实验、水迷宫实验 ,观察聪圣胶囊对模型大鼠学习记忆的改善作用 ;采用血清药理学的方法 ,观察聪圣胶囊含药血清对缺糖缺氧损伤神经细胞乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)漏出的影响。结果　聪圣胶囊 1 .5、3g kg可改善模型大鼠学习记忆障碍程度 ;其含药血清可抑制缺糖 缺氧3h再灌 0h、3h、6h和 1 8h引起的神经细胞内LDH的释放。Objective: To investigate the effects of Cong Sheng capsule (CSC) on learning memory ability in rats and membrane integrality of cultured neurons after ischemia reperfusion. Methods The step down test and water maze test were measured to study the learning memory ability in the model rats produced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion and reperfusion combined with a lowing of mean artery blood pressure by bleeding. Using drug serum to study the action of CSC on neuronal damage during hypoxia 3 h /reoxygenation (0,3,6,18 h) which was reflected by the release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) from cells into culture medium. Results CSC 1.5 g and 3 g/kg i.g. improved the learning and memorizing impairment of model rats. The serum preparation of CSC (2,4,8g/kg) attenuated neuronal damage during hypoxia 3 h / reoxygenation (0,3,6,18 h) by decreasing LDH release. Conclusion The CSC has protective effect on cerebral ischemic damage.
