腧穴放置小极板治疗前列腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:对比观察腧穴放置小极板与口服药物保列治的临床疗效。方法:将75例前列腺增生症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例以会阴、中极穴置小极板,对照组25例口服保列治。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.0％,对照组总有效率为60.0％,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腧穴放置小极板疗法具有较高疗效,为有效治疗方法之一。Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects of placement of polepiece on acupoints and oral administration of finasteride on prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 75 cases of prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into the treatment group (50 cases) who were treated by placement of polepiece at acupoints Huiyin (CV 1) and Zhongji (CV 3), and the control group ( 25 cases) were treated by oral administration of finasteride. Results The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, the clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group being significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The acupoint-placing polepiece therapy is an effective method for prostatic hyperplasia with a higher therapeutic effect.
