针刺治疗良性前列腺增生的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法:采用针刺方法,穴取中极、归来、太冲、三阴交,治疗24次为一疗程,共160例。采用国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)和生活质量评定指数(L),在治疗前后分别记录患者的I-PSS和L。结果:160例患者治疗前I-PSS积分为23.4±5.8分,L积分为4.4±0.5分,治疗后I-PSS积分为10.2±5.1分,L积分为1.3±1.2分,治疗前后I-PSS和L积分的差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗可缓解前列腺增生的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 160 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with acupuncture at Zhongji (CV 3), Guilai (ST 29), Taichong (LR 3) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and 24 sessions of treatment composed one course. Before and after treatment, the International Scale for Prostatic Hyperplasia Symptoms (I-PSS) and Life Quality Indexes (L) were used for assessment of therapeutic effects. Results The cumulative scores of I-PSS and L were 23.4± 5.8 and 4.4± 0.5 before treatment, and 10.2 ± 5.1 and 1.3 ±1.2 after treatment, with significant differences in cumulative scores of I-PSS and L before and after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can relieve clinical symptoms of prostate hyperplasia and increase life quality of the patient.
