摘  要:以1年生元宝枫幼苗为材料,采用盆栽控水法,研究了水分胁迫条件下元宝枫光合特征及其水分利用效率的变化。结果表明,随胁迫程度的加重和时间延长,光合速率(Pn)和水分利用效率(WUE)依次降低。在轻度和中度胁迫下,Pn的降低既有气孔因素又有非气孔因素的限制,严重胁迫条件下,Pn的降低主要是非气孔因素引起的。轻度水分胁迫下,元宝枫Pn的日变化为单峰曲线,中度胁迫下呈双峰曲线;WUE日变化在轻度和中度胁迫下均呈双峰曲线,这既与元宝枫自身生理特性有关,同时也受控于气温、光强、相对湿度及蒸腾速率的日变化。Photosynthetic characters and water utilization efficiency (WUE) in Acer truncatum under water stress were studied with oneyearold potcultured grafting seedlings. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and WUE decreased along with the lengthening and deepening of water stress. Under light and moderate water stress, decrease of Pn was arisen from both stomata limitation and nonstomata limitation. While under severe water stress, decrease of Pn was mainly arisen from nonstomata limitation. Under light water stress, diurnal change of Pn was a single peak curve, and under moderate water stress, diurnal change of Pn was double peak curve. Diurnal change of WUE was a double peak curve under light and moderate water stress.
