摘　　要：通过在线氧含量分析仪表的选型以及压缩机系统降温用水和尾气燃烧火嘴的改造,解决了制约乙苯脱氢尾气回收利用的关键问题,实现了尾气正常回收利用,从而使苯乙烯的综合能耗下降了152kg/t,苯乙烯生产成本中燃料所占的比例由3.72%下降到0.63%。The main problems in the reclaimation of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation tail gas were solved by the type selection of on-line analytical instruments for oxygen content and the remoulding of compressor cooling water system and tail gas combustion nozzle.The results showed that the comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 152 kg/t,the cost index of fuel in the styren production decreased from 3.72% to 0.63%.
