摘　　要：建立了一种丁苯橡胶微凝胶测定方法。通过对凝胶测定方法、仪器的改进,采用化学分析方法测定了丁苯橡胶的微凝胶,结果表明,用甲苯溶解、G5玻璃砂芯过滤器过滤测定丁苯橡胶微凝胶的方法简便易行,分析成本低,对丁苯橡胶工业生产中门尼粘度、凝胶含量及产品质量控制具有指导意义,对GPC法得到的相对分子质量及其分布数据有补正作用。A method for determining the microgel in styrene-butadiene rubber was established.The result showed that the method for determing the microgel in styrene-butadiene rubber was inexpensive and feasible.It had the significance to the control of the Mooney viscosity and gel of styrene-butadiene rubber and the quality of product in the industry process.It could also replenish the data of relative molecular mass and its distribution.
