摘　　要：本文围绕降低生铁成本为中心 ,就企业管理、技术操作 ,投放产出等方面问题进行了分析研讨 ,并与某钢厂一起制定降成本方案 ,经过近十个月实施 ,取得了明显效果。Centering around reduction of pig iron cost, some problems such as enterprise management, technology operation and input-output etc have been analysed and discussed in this paper, and a method of reducing pig iron cost has been decided with a steel-making plant, and after ten months implementation, a distinct effect has been achieved.
