摘  要:为了了解立位负荷量增加和中枢对压力感受器反射功能的影响,本实验观察了8名被试者在两种不同方式(加心算和无心算)的递增性负压—立位负荷时(下身负压值为0、2.67、5.33、8.00kPa)BRF的变化。结果表明压力感受器反射增益随着立位负荷量的增加而增加,但在极限负荷时增益下降,反射功能的降低是造成立位晕厥的主要原因。立位中加心算后,反射增益和负荷量的关系不密切,说明中枢兴奋对立位时压力感受器的反射功能有抑制作用。In order to investigate the effect of orthostatic load and CNS on baroreceptor reflex function (BRF), the changes of BRF gain of 8 subjects during two types (having and no mental arithmetic) lower body negative pressure plus head—up tilt (LBNP—HUT), in which the increased LBNP were 0, 2.67, 5.33, 8.0 kPa), were studied. The results showed that the gain of BRF increased following the increase of orthostatic loads, but it decreased at the extremely orthostatic load. So the disorder of BRF is a direct cause of orthostatic syncope. During the LBNP—HUT plus mental arithmetic, it did not have close relationship between the gain of BRF and orthostatic load, which indicated that the excitation of cerebral cotex inhibited the BRF during orthostatism.
