摘 要:心电积分图是一种无创性冠心病诊断方法。它通过非线性数学变换,将心电信号转化为一种新的曲线形式,用以检测常规心电图所不能发现的心电异常变化。本文通过软件和硬件研究,利用IBM PC-XT微型计算机和心电图仪实现了心电积分图检测方法,并进行了与核素心脏造影诊断的对比研究。结果表明,心电积分图对冠心病诊断灵敏度为76.9%,特异性为75.0%,心电积分图与核素心脏造影的阳性符合率为95.2%。Cardiointegram is a non-invasive technique for the detection of coronary disease. Signals from various leads of standard electrocardiogram were digitized and changed into a new form of curve in this technique through non-linear mathematical trasformation to detect subtle electrocardiographic abnormalities which are not readily found by conventional means. The present study completed the cardiointegraph design with an IBM—PC computer and an electrocardiograph. In order to improve the reliability, high sampling rate (500 samples/s) was used in the sampling software. That means the ECG signal processed in our cardiointegram system included high frequency components. The usefulness of cardiointegram in the detection of coronary disease was studied in 30 patients (23 males, 7 femals, age 23~80, average 49.6) with normal resting 12 lead electrocardiograms. Nuclear cardiac scintigraphy and frequency domain cardiography were also made in the same patients. The results showed that, as compared to nuclear cardiac scintigraphy, the sensitivity, specificity and positive coincident rate of cardiointegram for diagnosis of coronary disease were as high as 76.9, 75.0 and 95.2, respectively.
