摘 要:本实验在观察高压氧对小鼠行为表现、脑内γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量和苍白球超微结构影响的基础上,对电针抗高压氧惊厥过程中,苍白球形态结构的变化以及涉及的脑内GABA递质系统进行了分析。结果表明:暴露于6 ATA高压氧环境下的小鼠,7min左右就引起严重的惊厥反应。脑内GABA含量比对照组明显降低。苍白球超微结构也发生明显的病理改变,神经细胞出现内质网扩张、线粒体肿胀等变化。当给予小鼠电针处理后,再暴露高压氧下,小鼠惊厥发作潜伏期明显延长;脑内GABA含量比单纯高压氧组增高;苍白球神经组织损伤减轻。实验结果提示,高压氧惊厥的发作可能与苍白球结构以及苍白球内GABA递质系统代谢和功能的受损有关。苍白球可能是中枢神经系统参与惊厥活动的不可缺乏的中转站。The effcts of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) on behavioural expression, brain gama-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content and ultrastructure of globus pallidus were Observed in mice. Based on this observation, an analysis was made of pathomorphological changes of globus pallidus and brain GABA neurotransmitter system involved during acupuncture against oxygen-induced convulsions. The results are as follows: when mice were exposed to 97 oxygen at a pressure of 6 atm absolute, the animals suffered from severe convulsions about 7 min after exposure. The content of GABA in the exposed animals was significantly lower than that in unexposed ones. Globus pallidus were also damaged, and obvious pathogenic changes occured which included dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum and swelling of mitochodria in the neurons. When electric-acupuncture was applied for 15 min prior to exposure to hyperoxic chamber, the latency of convulsions was lengthened and the brain GABA concentration was increased significantly. Besides, damage to neurons and myelines in the globus palidus was lessened. The results of this study indicate that HBO-induced seizure might be ralated to damage to structures, or disorders of metabolism and function of GABA neurotransmitter system in globus pallidus. Globus pallidus might be an indispensable transfer station through which the central nervous system participates in the development of seizure.
