伊犁贝母总生物碱的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究伊犁贝母总生物碱的镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用。方法 :以小鼠氨水引咳法、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法和猫喉上神经刺激引咳法观察其镇咳作用 ;以小鼠酚红排泌法、大鼠毛细管排痰法观察其祛痰作用 ;以豚鼠乙酰胆碱 组胺引喘法观察其平喘作用。结果 :在 10mg/kg剂量下 ,十二指肠给药对电刺激猫喉上神经引咳具有显著的镇咳作用。连续灌胃给药 5d ,伊犁贝母总生物碱在 4 0 ,2 0 ,10mg/kg的剂量下对小鼠氨水引咳具有显著的镇咳作用 ;在 2 0 ,10mg/kg的剂量下对豚鼠枸橼酸引咳具有显著的镇咳作用 ,能显著增加大鼠毛细管排痰量 ;在 4 0 ,2 0mg/kg的剂量下具有显著增加小鼠酚红排泌量的作用 ,对乙酰胆碱 组胺所致的豚鼠哮喘具有显著的平喘作用。结论 :伊犁贝母总生物碱对实验动物具有显著的镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。The purpose is to study the phar macodynamics o f the crude alkaloids from Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk(FPA). The antitussive activities of the crude alkaloids were invest igated th rough testing the cough times induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice, the counts of cough induced by critic acid in guinea pigs before and after ad ministration and the stimulating threshold of cough in cats; The expectorant ac tivities wer e studied by testing the amount of phlegm secreted in mice and rats. The Asthma suppression effect was also studied by the asthma time induced by ac etylcholine chloride and histamine phosphate in guinea pigs. The results showed the antitussive, expectorant activities an d asthma suppression effect of the crude alkaloids are very significant .
