摘　　要：目的　探讨经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)检测妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )的临床价值。方法　采用经颅多普勒超声对 5 0例妊高征患者 (轻、中和重三组 )及 3 0例正常晚期妊娠妇女 (对照组 )进行分娩前后脑血流的检测 ,并进行对比分析。结果　分娩前妊高征组脑动脉阻力增加 ,血流加速 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异。分娩后妊高征组脑动脉阻力及血流速度比分娩前降低 ,但仍比对照组有显著性差异。Objective To assess the clinical value of examining PIN by TCD.Methods TCD was employed to examine brain blood flow of both 50 patients with PIN(divided into three groups) and 30 normal later pregnant period women (control group) before and after their delivery.Results Before delivery,both the resistance and speed of blood flow increased in brain artery of patients with PIN,being notably different from the control group.After delivery,both the resistance and the speed of blood flow all decreased,but still being notably different from control group.Conclusions TCD possess a higher clinical value to monitor the brain blood vessel complication for patients with PIN.
