超高层住宅劲性混凝土柱施工技术

摘　　要：北京SOHO现代城A座地下1层至24层的38根框架边柱,采用劲性混凝土柱。钢柱用厚板焊接、专业加工厂制作、现场安装。施工中采用CGM灌浆料,保证钢柱生根质量;柱节接头设耳板,有利于临时固定和校正;用滚压直螺纹套筒作锚固块的钢筋锚固形式,施工便捷,锚固可靠。通过采取技术措施,劲性混凝土柱施工速度快、质量优。It adopts strengthened concrete columns that38frame columns of1st floor underground to24th floor above ground of Beijing SOHO Mod ern City A Wing.The steel columns are welded by thick plates,pro-cessed in sp ecial factory and erected in-site.CGM grouting aggregates are adopted to ensur e the rooting quali-ty of steel column.There are ear plates in the column joi nts,which are beneficial to temporary fixing and ad-justment.It applies the c oncrete anchoring of rolling straight thread sleeve-type anchor block,which m akes con-struction convenient and anchoring reliable.The strengthened concret e columns are constructed in fast speed and good quality by adopting technical m easures.
