摘　　要：电子文件是近年来兴起的一种文件形式，对传统的档案学理论产生了极大的冲击．电子文件的鉴定工作和传统纸质文件的鉴定工作相比，在鉴定的方法上，内容上，标准上和程序上，都存在看差异，但彼此之间，又有相似之处．因此；对电子文件的鉴定工作，并不需要重新建立新的理论体系，而只需要在传统鉴定理论的基础上加以发展和创新．Electronic documents are a newly - risen type of documents, which have great impact on the traditional theory of archives. Though there are some differences between the appraisal of electronic documents and traditional papers in terms of method, content, norm and procedure, there are similarities between them. Therefore we needn' t reestablish a new theoretical system for the appraisal of electronic documents. We need only develope and innovate the traditional appraisal theory.
