摘  要:本文研究了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP对水泥净浆和混凝土的减水增强作用,并探讨了ASP的减水作用机理。结果表明,ASP具有良好的分散性,当掺量为0 5%时,净浆减水率高达24 0%;当水灰比低至0 19,掺量为0 5%时,净浆流动度仍达200mm;2h相对流动度损失仅为7 7%。在混凝土中掺量为0 5%时,减水率高达28 9%,3d、7d、28d混凝土抗压强度比为145%、144%、128%,高于缓凝高效减水剂的国家标准。研究结果揭示了ASP的减水作用机理是由于ASP分子在水泥颗粒表面形成的静电斥力和空间位阻的共同作用,使得ASP对水泥颗粒具有良好的减水分散作用。Waterreducing and strengthenhancing effects of aminosulfonicbased superplasticizer ASP on cement paste and concrete were studied and waterreducing mechanism of ASP was also exploited. The results showed good ASP dispersity. Water reduction of the cement paste reached as high as 24.0% when 0.5% ASP was added. Even when water cement ratio was lowered to 0.19 and 0.5% ASP was added, cement paste fluidity was still up to 200mm and 2h relative fluidity loss amounted to only 7.7%.When 0.5% ASP was added to concrete, the water reduction could be as high as 28.9% and 3d,7d,28d compressive strength ratios of concrete were 145%,144%,128% respectively which exceeded the national standard specifications for retarding superplasticizer. Research results revealed that water reduction of ASP was attributed to the joint effects of static repulsion and steric hindrance of ASP formed on cement particle surface resulting in good water reduction and dispersion of ASP on cement particle.
