摘 要:用ESR波谱术测定了室温下N^+束辐照水稻、黄豆、玉米、绿豆等种子产生的各类自由基,计算了自由基的g因子值,观察了自由基的稳定性。实验结果表明:种子中自由基的浓度随辐照剂量增加而增加,然后趋于饱和;种子的辐照损伤随自由基浓度增加而增加;自由基浓度随种子含水量增加而衰减。讨论了自由基与种子损伤关系。Various kinds of free radicals were measured at room temperature by the ESR spectrum method after seeds of rice, soybean, maize and green gram were irradiated with nitrogen ions. The g values of free radicals were calculated and the stability of free radicals was observed. Experimental results show that the free radical concentration in seeds increases with ion dose and gradually reaches to a saturated value; irradiation damages of seeds increase with ion dose;the free radical concentration decreases with the increase of moisture content in seeds; and free radicals in seeds decrease very slowly. The relation between free radicals and damages in seeds was discussed.
