摘  要:目的 分析日本血吸虫雌雄成虫可溶性蛋白组分。方法 双向电泳法。结果 用双向电泳分析雌雄虫体多肽斑点分别有 310个和 2 90个 ,匹配的蛋白点为 5 1个。日本血吸虫雌雄成虫可溶性蛋白中存在一些共同多肽斑点 ,但不同的多肽斑点较多。结论 日本血吸虫雌雄成虫可溶性蛋白组分存在较大差异 ,值得进一步研究。Complementation of male and female worms is essential for the maturation of adult worms in Schistosoma japonicum . Although several sex specific genes of S.japonicum were identified, the major difference between the male and female worm in protein level have not been studied. In this study, we reported the analysis of the soluble proteins of the male and female worms by two-dimensional gelelectrophoresis. The 2D-gel electrophoresis revealed 310 and 290 polypeptides in female and male respectively. 51 polypeptides were the same as identified by the 2-D analysis programme. This unexpectedly great difference between the male and female worms in protein level requires further studies.
