摘　　要：目的　建立人芽囊原虫 (Blastocystishominis,B .h)的连续培养方法 ,并研究影响其生长的因素 ,为进一步研究其生活史、致病机理奠定基础。方法　比较不同血清种类、血清量、温度、pH值等条件下虫体生长繁殖情况。结果　B .h在Locke egg serum(LES)培养基中生长良好 ,其最适培养条件为 :LES培养基中加含 2 0 %小牛血清的Locke液 ,青霉素、链霉素和两性霉素B ,37℃培养 ,pH6 .8～ 7.0 ,第 5、9天虫体繁殖达高峰 ;pH7.2～ 7.8时 ,第 3、6、9天虫体繁殖达高峰。结论　B .h在LES培养基中生长良好 ,在合适的温度、血清、pH值等条件下 ,第 3、6天或第 5天为转种时间 ,可达到长期培养的目的。Objective In order to lay a foundation for the studies of lifecycle of pathology of Blastocystis hominis ,we aimed to establish a method for the continuous culture of Blastocystis hominis (B.h)and analysing the factors affecting growth.Methods The growth and reproduction of B.h under different culture conditions including serum and pH were compared.Results The optimal culture medium for B.h was:Locke-egg-serum , Locke's solution with 20% bovine serum ,Penicillin , Streptomycin and Amphotericin B. B.h was cultured at 37℃,when cultured at pH6.8-7.0,the reproduction level was peaked at day 5 and 9,but peaked at day 3,6 and 9 at 7.2-7.8.Conclusion B.h could be continuously cultured in LES by inoculating once every three , six or five days with suitable serum and at optimal temperature and pH.
