摘 要:针对UO_3还原建立了多孔挡板流化床反应器的模型。将多孔挡板床每一级视为具有相似的流动状态,每一级的下段为密相段,用Kun(?)i-Levenspiel的鼓泡床模型描述。上段为稀相段,用理想活塞流模型描述。该模型的计算值与φ63mm的多孔挡板床还原UO_3的热态实验值能较好的吻合。并且还预计了还原温度、操作气速和挡板结构参数对固相转化率的影响,为该类反应器的工业设计、放大和优化提供了依据。In this paper a perforated baffled fluidized bed reactor model is proposed using UO_3 reduction. The bed is. vertically divided into several independent units by the baffles The emulsion phase in units is dealt with on the basis of the Kunii-Levenspiel model. The dilute phase is dealt with using idealplug flow model. Good agreement was found between calculated results and expe rimental ones in φ63mm perforated baffled fluidized bed for UO_3reduction. The results obtained makes it possible to predict the effects of reduction temperature,gas veloetiy and baffle struetrual parameters on solid conversion. It will offer a guide for scale-up design and optimum of this kind of reactor.
