摘  要:目的 了解交感神经系统在情绪应激中的免疫调节作用。方法 采用本实验室建立的情绪应激的动物模型和肾上腺素能神经毒剂 6 羟多巴胺 (6 OHDA)选择性损毁外周交感神经 ,检测小鼠免疫功能的变化情况。结果 每天 2 0分钟 ,持续 6天的情绪应激可显著提高小鼠血清中糖皮质激素的含量 ,抑制体液免疫 ,使血清中抗体水平明显下降 ,并且可导致胸腺萎缩 ,脾脏结构破坏 ,胸腺、脾脏指数下降。应用 6 OHDA处理后 ,应激小鼠的抗体水平增加 ,胸腺、脾脏结构和胸腺指数与对照组相比没有明显差别。Objective To investigate the role of immunomodulation of sympathetic nervous system in emotional stress. Methods Utilizing the animal model of emotional stress established in our laboratory, and the 6 hydroxydopamine (6 OHDA) to destroy peripheral NA nerve fibers in mice. Results 20 minutes per day, six days emotional stress that started from the third day after primary immunization could significantly promote glucocorticoid level, suppress humoral immunity and reduce the OD level of antibody in mice. It also caused thymus involution and damaged spleen structure. The chemical sympathectomy could reverse most of the effect of stress on the immune system. The OD level of antibody, structure of thymus and spleen, thymus index were all recovered to nearly the same level with the control group. Conclusion The psychological stress has a suppressing effect on the mice immune system and the peripheral sympathetic system play an important role in the process.
