摘 要:目的 探究注意缺陷多动障碍 (AD/HD)动物模型自发高血压大鼠 (SHR)的多动性变化。方法 实验在标准Campden连续反应测试箱中进行 ,大鼠禁水 2 2h ,采用长变异间期方案 (变异指数 1 80s) ,分析最后 1 0天稳定曲线的均值。结果 1 .SHR组大鼠按杠次数显著多于WistarKyoto(WKY)组 (P <0 .0 1 )。 2 .实验过程的三个相同阶段SHR大鼠的按杠次数无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5)。3.SHR组的推门次数明显高于WKY组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而获水次数与WKY组无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 结果说明SHR大鼠的多动性较WKY大鼠强 。Objective To investigate the hyperactivity of SHR (spontaneous hypertensive rat), the animal model of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Methods The experiment was carried on in the standard Campden instrument operant chambers,and the animal were 22h water deprived. A long Varible Interval Schedule was used and the stable documents of the last ten days were analysed. Results 1.The total responses of SHR were much more than that of WKY (P<0.01). 2.There was no much difference of responses of SHR among the three same segments of the experiment (P>0.05). 3.The numbers of openning the cubicle of SHR were much more than that of WKY (P<0.01), but the difference of numbers of the reinforcement between these two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The present results demonstrated that the hyperactivity of SHR was much more obvious than that of the WKY, and it is helpful for the clinical research of ADHD.
