摘　　要：API是WINDOWS操作系统的基本函数和核心内容,利用它可以开发出在各种平台上都能运行的应用程序,而且能充分体现每个平台特有的功能和属性。在图像处理程序的编写上,API更突出了它的实用性,调用API可以节省系统资源,提高程序的运行速度,还可以解决用普通VISUAL程序不能解决的具体问题。该文介绍了几个重要的API函数在图像处理编程方面的使用要点及参数的配置。Being the fundamental functions and the core of WINDOWS operating system,API can not only develop applications on each platform,also it can make the best of functions and attributes of the platform.As for image programming,API can save system resources,further more promotes program's running speed.It can also solve the problems that can't be done by common VISUAL programs.This paper introduces applications and configurates parameters of some API functions.
