摘　　要：根据空间数据库的发展需要,该文将时态信息管理领域中的双时态理论引入到其中,形成了一个可处理时间事务信息的时空数据概念模型。该模型在配电信息系统中得到了应用。According to the requirements of development of spatial database,this paper introduces bitemporal theory which belongs to the field of temporal information management ,then applies the theory to produce a spatio-temporal conceptual data model which can manage temporal transaction information.The model has been applied to the information system of power distribution.
