摘　　要：对55例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者发病诱因进行回顾性分析,其诱因主要是感染、用药不规范、饮食不当等,针对发病诱因提出了糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理、治疗与自我保健措施,提醒糖尿病患者如何预防糖尿病酮症酸中毒的发生。By retrospectively analyzing the predisposing causes of ketoa ci dosis in55cases with DKA,the authors found the ketoacidosis were due to infectio n,non-standardized administration of medication and improper diets.The authors i n the paper bring forward the measures of nursing,treatment and self-care,advisi ng DKA patients with how to prevent the occurrence of ketoacidosis.
