摘　　要：笔者报道护理质量保证管理模式,提高护理质量的做法及效果。认为加强质量保证内涵建设,提高护理队伍整体素质;健全质量保证体系,加大质量管理力度;以病人为中心,提高护理服务水平。促使全院综合护理满意度达到了96%～100%,显著提高了护理质量。The authors report the effect of management mode in nur si ng quality guarantee in increasing the nursing quality.They argue that in this m ode,the practical measures include enriching the contains of quality guarantee,i mproving the synthetic quality of nursing personnel,perfecting the system of qua lity guarantee,reinforcing quality management,advocating patient-centered servic e and improving nursing service.The satisfaction rate with synthetic nursing of the hospital increased from96%to100%,indicating the nursing quality has been gre atly raised.
