糖微康对糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察糖微康对糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学的影响。方法 :本文按照Mogensen糖尿病肾病分期方案 ,将 12 0例糖尿病肾病患者分为两组 ,采用中药糖微康胶囊合降糖西药对早期肾病进行了治疗观察 ,并与单纯降糖西药治疗组作对照 ,共观察 2 4周 ,并检测 2 4h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐 (Scr)、血脂包括胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG) ,血液流变学等指标。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,中药糖微康治疗组糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1C)、2 4h尿蛋白定量、Scr、血脂包括TC、TG均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;降低尿中转化生长因子 (TGF - β1)的表达 (P <0 .0 1) ;并改善血液流变学各项指标。结论 :中药糖微康在减少蛋白尿 。Objective:To investigate the ameliorative effect of Tangweikang Capsule(TWK) on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The 120 DN patients were divided into two groups, the treated group were took TWK and west medicine, the control group were took only west medicine. The study lasted for 24 weeks.HbA 1C?Scr?TC?TG?TGF-β 1 and hemodynamic consideration were examinated before and after this study.Results:Compared with pretreatment, the results of HbA 1C?Scr?TC?TG?TGF-β 1 were significant decreased and the hemodynamic consideration were improved( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion:TWK ameliorates renal hyperdynamic abnormality condition and reduce the blood flow and velocity which are the key factors and have important effects on DN.
