摘　　要：研究分析了大庆LLDPE装置结块、熔床事故的原因,主要是由原材料的杂质、催化剂的配制质量、共聚单体的浓度、流化气速和床层料位高度控制不当所至。文章还提出了预防结块的措施,并指出了操作要点。In this paper, the causes of explosive polymerization with resulting blocking and moltenbed occurred in Unipol reactor of Daqing LLDPE plant were discussed and attributed mainlyto improper controls of impurities in materials, quality of catalyst, concentration ofcomonomer,fludization velocity and bed height. Preventive measures to be taken were alsopresented.
