摘  要:介绍了隔河岩水电厂为实现无人值班运行模式 ,在计算机监控系统更新改造中的设计思想和采取的有效技术措施 ,例如 :提出水电站“电脑值班员”新概念 ,将主站设计成无主系统 ,取消了LCU( PLC式 )上的工控机和当地操作终端 ,LCU以 1 0 0 Mbit/s速率直接上网 ,最大限度采用冗余技术等。首台机组 LCU改造实施仅用了 2 0 d时间。整个监控系统改造期间 。The design idea and effective measures for the realization of unmanned operation of the monitoring and control system of Geheyan Hydropower Plant are introduced. For instance, a new concept of 'computer watchman' is proposed, no main/slave system is designed at the plant control level, the industrial control computer and local operation terminal in LCU are canceled, LCU is directly placed on the line at rate of 100 Mbit/s, and the redundancy technology is used to the largest extent.The reform of LCU for the first unit only took 20 days. During the entire reform, uninterrupted AGC transition was realized.
