摘　　要：在纺制涤纶POY生产实践过程中,发现造成POY条干不匀率的诸多因素。本文讨论了丝束张力、侧吹风工艺条件及卷绕横动机构等方面对涤纶POY条干不匀率的影响,并采取了相应的措施,取得了一定成效,提高了产品质量。A few factors which influence the evenness in the spinning of polyester partial oriented yarn are found, among them the lateral air blow condition, yarn tension and traverse mechanism in winding are most notable, their effects are illustrated and the measures to control are presented.
