摘　　要：目的　探讨高血压患者左心室构造和功能对心率变异性 ( HRV)的影响。方法　复习了 12 2例高血压患者2 4h动态心电图的心率变异性分析和多普勒超声心动图资料 ,采用直线回归及逐步回归分析对两种检测指标进行了单因素及多因素相关分析。结果　超声心动图检测的 A、E/ A、EF、L VIDd、L VIDs、L VM等指标与 HRV多项指标存在显著的相关性。结论　高血压患者左心室舒张功能、收缩功能、左心室质量及容量的变化均能显著影响HRV。Objective To investigate the influence of left ventricular conformation and function on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with hypertension. Methods Reviewed these data of 24 hours Holter and Doppler echocardiogram in 122 patients with hypertension, and analysed these data by using linear regression of univalent variance and step by step regression of multiple variances. Results These data(A,E/A,EF,LVIDd,LVIDs,LVM) of Doppler echocardiogram were related with the data of HRV significantly. Conclusion The changes of left ventricular diastolic function and systolic function?mass and volume are significant influence on HRV in patients with hypertension.
