摘  要:高吸水涤纶是以PET切片和成孔剂(Hollowing Agent)为原料,采用共混中空纺丝、拉伸、碱水解等工艺制得的具有微孔结构的纤维。本文采用扫描电镜、压汞仪对高吸水涤纶的微孔结构及其分布进行了研究,讨论了微孔结构与纤维的保水率、上染率及力学性能的相关性,研究结果对高吸水涤纶的制备与应用具有参考价值。Using PET chips and hollowing agent as starting material, high water absorbent porous PET fiber is produced by the processes of polymer-blend hollow spinning and alkaline hydrolysis, The microporus structure and its distribution of high water absorbent PET fiber are studied by means of scanning electron microscope and mercury porcsimetry, also the relation between microporous struct-ure and water retention, dye-uptake and mechanical performance of fiber is discussed, the result is important for preference in preparation and application of high water absorbent PET fiber.
