摘　　要：在PET熔融高速纺丝过程中,预过滤器后熔体的压力是最关键的参数之一,它直接影响成丝的质量。本文对Barmag公司螺杆挤压机三闭环调速恒压控制系统进行剖析,并针对我厂在生产实际中出现的问题。重点分析、探讨该系统中的重要部件——TGE_4型压力传感器结构及其动态特性变化对成品质量的影响。文中对TGE_4故障判断及数据均来源于实践,因此对同类生产厂有一定的参考和启示。In the melt spinning process of PET, the pressure of melt after pre-filter is one of the key factors which directly influences the product's quality, in this paper the speed control system under constant pressure of Barmag's screw extruder is analysed. In view of the problems existing in the production practice of this factory investigations are made with emphasis on the influence of the stru cture and dynamic characteristics of an important part of this system-TGE4 type pressure sensor on the products quality,the trouble determination and technical data for reference are presented as well.
