摘　　要：以 2 ,6 -二氯 - 5 -氟烟酰乙酸乙酯为原料 ,经与原甲酸三乙酯缩合、2 ,4-二氟苯胺置换、环合 ,再与 3-氨基吡咯烷缩合 ,水解、中和后与对甲苯磺酸成盐制得托氟沙星对甲苯磺酸盐 ,总收率 72 .6 %。Tosufloxacin p-tosylate was synthesized from ethyl 2,6-dichloro-5-fluoronicotinoyl- acetate via condensation with triethyl orthoformate, 2,4-difluoroaniline displacement, cyclization, condensation with 3-aminopyrrolidine, hydrolysis, and then tosylate formation in an overall yield of 72.6%.
