摘　　要：研究了用改造的VD403设备生产烟用聚丙烯丝束的主要工艺,试验结果表明:适当增大前纺喷丝板的孔径(0.14mm);采用后纺一级拉伸3—3.2倍;对卷曲机进行适当改造和调整,并严格控制丝束卷曲前的温度和张力,有利于丝束总纤度的稳定。由此制得的丝束各项烟用使用性能接近醋酸纤维,完全能满足烟用嘴原料要求。In this paper, the main process technology of production of PP cigarette tow on the reformed VD 403spinning machine is studied. The result shows that stability of total denier can be improved by enlargementof diameter of spinneret holes (0. 3→0. 5 mm), drawn with ratio 3-3.2, modification and adjustment of crimper and strict control of temperature and tension of tow before crimping. The quality of the tow canmeet the requirement of cigarette filter tips and performance of filtering approachs that of acetate tow.
