用核磁共振法测定聚氨酯弹性体的结构

摘　　要：采用FT-NMR波谱仪,以氘代二甲基亚矾为溶剂,测定了未知结构聚氨酯(PU)弹性体的~1H-,^(13)C-NMR谱。选用萘为模型化合物,假设1,5位上的氢被-NH-CO-CH_3取代,根据取代基经验加和规律,计算了1,5位取代萘的各碳化学位移,对应归属了实测试样的^(13)C-NMR谱。综合分析~1H-,^(13)C-NMR图谱,确认该弹性体为乙二醇-己二酸-1,5-萘基二异氰酸酯的聚酯型PU,其三组分的摩尔比为52.2∶38.9∶8.9。The 1H-NMR,13C-NMR spectra of unknown sample were obtained on FT -80 A NMR spectrometer with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO -dg) as solvent . Naphthalene was selected as model compound and was assumed that the 1,5 - H were substituted by- NH - CO-CH3, 13C resonance of the sample was assigned by calcu-lating chemical shift of each carbon atom of the model compound by empirical additive rule . Synthesizing the 1H- , 13C-NMR spetra ,the result of quantitative analysis shows that the molar ratio of ethylene glycol/adipic acid/NDI is 52.2/38.9/8.9 .
