大隆、溴敌隆蜡块毒饵在宾馆、餐厅灭鼠效果观察

摘　　要：观察 0 .0 0 5 %大隆、溴敌隆蜡块毒饵在宾馆餐厅灭鼠效果。方法 :实验室试验和现场试验。结果 :实验室试验 :摄食系数大隆毒饵为 1.85 ,溴敌隆毒饵为 1.34,鼠死亡高峰期为第 6 - 7天。现场试验 :摄食系数大隆毒饵为0 .85 ,溴敌隆毒饵为 0 .82 ,大隆组灭鼠率为 91.70 % ,溴敌隆组为 88.87%。结论 :0 .0 0 5 %大隆、溴敌隆蜡块毒饵适口性好 ,在宾馆。Objective:observe the rodent control efficacy of 0.05% brodifacoum & bromadiol with wax bait.Methods: Laboratory experiment and field experiment.Results:the eaten bait coefficient in laboratory is :buodifacoum 1.85, bromadiol 1.34,the peak of rodents died is the 6-7th day. the eaten bait coefficient in field is :buodifacoum 0.85, bromadiol 0.82,the rodents deratization rate is :brodifacoum group 91.70%,bromadiol group 88.87%.Conclusion:the wax bait of 0.005% brodifacoum & bromadiol is easy to eat for rodents and has good effect against rodent in hotel and dining room.
