摘　　要：针对地处寒地的黑龙江省村镇居住建筑用地建设中存在的浪费土地现象严重的问题 ,提出节约寒地居住建筑用地的对策 ,包括规划设计对策。The shortage of land resource is now becoming an important restraint factor in China to keep sustainable development.Aiming at the problems of wasting lands,some measures to save residential lands in towns and villages in cold region were given in this paper.Taking Heilongjiang as an example,measures of proper planning and design,strict management,changing concept and using new technologies were put forward.
