摘　　要：为了给住宅小区提供安全舒适的人居环境,结合工程实际,介绍了YSM-C智能化住宅管理系统的设备组成,及该系统中结构化综合布线、可视对接及紧急呼叫、远传计量管理、监测管理以及物业管理服务中心方面采用的新技术。The intelligent housing management system can afford residential quarter safe and comfortable dwelling environment.Based on practical projects,authors introduce the YSM-C intelligent housing management system in such aspects as its composition,complex structural wiring,video junction,emergency call,operation measure management,monitoring management and new technology applied in property management service centre.
